The Targeted Youth Advisor role at Essex County Council focuses on developing the Youth Service by mentoring young people at risk of disengagement from education, employment and training. You will deliver one-to-one guidance, personalised groupwork, and positive activities to empower learners to overcome barriers and reach their full potential.
You will work with schools, families and partner agencies to identify opportunities, support reintegration into education or progression into post-16.
