As a Traffic Technician, you will play a key role in shaping how people move around the district, whether that is improving parking arrangements, introducing safety measures, or responding to concerns raised by the public and Elected Members.
What You will Be Doing
- Listening to and assessing requests from residents, Members, and stakeholders.
- Designing practical, compliant traffic management solutions.
- Developing parking schemes, traffic calming measures, and pedestrian improvements.
- Supporting the preparation and delivery of Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs).
- Seeing projects through from early concept to on-site delivery.
This means you will not just design schemes, you will see the real-world impact of your work in the communities you serve.
