Are you proactive, organised and passionate about customer service? We have an exciting opportunity to work on the Front of the House at one of our Aspire leisure facilities. Working as a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact on the customer journey so an enthusiastic and friendly outlook is essential. A positive, can-do attitude is imperative, as is the ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team to ensure smooth operations.
The successful candidate must be able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment with a variety of customers, delivering a high level of customer service both face‑to‑face and over the phone. Experience working as a receptionist is desirable, as are recognised literacy, numeracy and IT qualifications.
