This is an exciting opportunity to join Wakefield Council in the role of Deputy and Estates Officer for a 12 month period. This is an integral role in accessing and securing finances to support the most vulnerable individuals within the Wakefield District to manage their property and financial affairs which in turn assists social work colleagues to secure the relevant care and support as quickly as possible without finances being a hindering factor to the individual’s care. The new team member will play a key part in supporting us to meet this challenge and bring in new ideas and skills to the team to help us successfully meet our key objectives.
