You will guide the commissioning of high‑quality, value‑for‑money services that enable people to live well, independently and with dignity. You will ensure that our commissioning intentions reflect both our statutory responsibilities and our ambition to deliver services that are truly person‑centred. You will also play a key role in ensuring financial sustainability, providing clear, evidence‑based advice to senior colleagues and elected members.

Above all, you will be someone who leads with integrity, empathy and purpose. You will empower teams, nurture talent and create the conditions for people to do their best work. You will bring a strong sense of accountability and a commitment to excellence, ensuring that Trafford continues to be a place where adults receive the support they need, when they need it, in a way that respects their independence and individuality.
