Kirklees Metropolitan Council is seeking a Care Leaver Homelessness Prevention Specialist to help shape brighter futures for care-experienced young people. This temporary role will involve working directly with young people to prevent homelessness during critical times.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housing services, holding an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and demonstrated experience in supporting vulnerable adolescents.
