Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for planning and delivering high‑quality support for children in care and care leavers.
- Your role will involve managing cases, making important decisions, and providing ongoing support as these young people transition to adulthood.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker or applicant for ASYE year.
- At least one reference from current or most recent employment, placement, or work experience.

- References covering last 3 years with detailed explanation of any gaps.
- Must meet Safer Recruitment criteria and be able to provide professional references.
- Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at appropriate level; registered with DBS Update Service within 30 days of issuance.
