The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Council is seeking an experienced Building Inspector to manage a diverse portfolio, from residential to landmark cultural projects.

You will apply Building Regulations and lead on enforcement to keep residents safe.

You’ll work with architects, contractors and developers, provide clear guidance, and contribute to ISO 9001 quality standards while supporting the Building Safety Regulator on Higher-Risk Building projects.
