Personalised Learning College (PLC) in North Yorkshire seeks a Wellbeing and Personal Development Lead to provide strategic and operational leadership for wellbeing, personal development and safeguarding-aligned curriculum across our specialist post-16 provision.

You will lead inclusive wellbeing programmes, oversight of PSHE and RSE, and ensure delivery aligns with EHCP outcomes and safeguarding requirements.
