Following a retirement, we are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a strategic, self‑motivated and experienced CCAB qualified Finance Business Partner to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering high‑quality Finance Business Partnering solutions that support the Council’s priorities and drive organisational success.
The postholder will lead a Finance team and have responsibility for the delivery of high‑level financial advice, guidance and support to the Housing Service including the Council’s Housing Revenue Account (HRA). The role will support the Head of Finance in the delivery of work programmes jointly set by the Executive Director – Adult Care, Housing and Public Health (ACH&PH) and the Executive Director – Corporate Services, in the implementation of financial strategies to support transformation taking place across the Housing service. This role will report to the Head of Finance (ACH&PH) and sit within the Corporate Services directorate.
