The Director of Adult Social Care and Place Partnership Director (DASS) is a dual role, reporting jointly to the Council and Greater Manchester ICB. You will combine statutory DASS responsibility with accountability for NHS delegated functions across the system, leading approximately 500 staff across health and social care with a combined budget of around £247 million.
