What will my day look like?

You will support procurement and contract management activity across the full commercial lifecycle, working closely with service areas and colleagues to ensure effective, compliant and value‑driven outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support procurement projects and contracts, ensuring compliance
  • Provide advice across the commercial lifecycle
  • Analyse spend and support category management
  • Maintain the contracts register and procurement pipeline
  • Produce reports and management information
  • Maintain the e‑tender system
  • Support delivery of social value commitments
  • Assist in developing category strategies

What we’re looking for:

We are seeking someone organised, analytical and keen to develop their procurement expertise, with experience in data analysis, stakeholder engagement and procurement processes.

Qualifications:

Level 4 CIPS qualification (or willingness to work towards) and a commitment to continuous professional development.
