About the Role:
We are seeking to appoint a full time Co-ordination Support Officer to play a vital role in Adult Social Care providing administration support to social care professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and the ability to learn new IT systems quickly and input data accurately.
- Minute taking responsibilities, or a willingness to learn.
What will be expected from me?
- Knowledge and understanding of administration processes.
- An excellent telephone manner with good customer service skills.
- Great team working skills with excellent organisational and time management skills.
Essential requirements:
- 4 GCSE “C” or above grades, or equivalent including Maths and English or experience of role or equivalent role.
