You will support work on a new local plan and other planning policy work, contributing to research, evidence gathering, consultation responses and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with senior colleagues on high‑profile projects, including Fens Reservoir, gaining first‑hand experience of complex planning processes.

As a pro‑growth Council, we are preparing a new Local Plan under the reformed plan‑making system, alongside major initiatives such as the Fens Growth Triangle and nationally significant projects including Fens Reservoir.
