We are looking for a customer focussed, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our small team of operational development staff.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
- Assist in developing services countywide and provide expert technical advice and assistance to Refuse and Recycling operational managers and to other teams.
- Develop and maintain software systems, data handling and analysis, performance management and reporting and assist with procurement and tendering.
- Assist in delivering projects such as re-routing operation of refuse and recycling services, software and hardware installation and operational delivery.

WHAT WILL I NEED?
- You will need to be educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a related subject and have experience of partnership working in the delivery of streetscene related outcomes.
- You should have experience of working with elected Members and of working with a wide range of IT solutions.
- You will have a knowledge of health and safety requirements and have financial and budgetary skills.
