The predicted salary is between 28520 - 28520 £ per year.
This is a Fixed Term post linked to additional funding to support a pupil with SEND. The post will continue while the funding remains in place and the pupil continues to attend Consett Junior School. If the funding ends or the pupil leaves the school, the post may be terminated in accordance with the terms of the contract. The current contract is up until 31st December 2026.
Working Hours & Start: Full Time – 37 hours per week, 8:00 – 16:00, with a 30‑minute unpaid lunch break. The role requires starting 1st September 2026, or as soon as possible if after this date and pending checks.

Remuneration & Holiday: Salary: £24,796 – £25,185 (Pro Rata). Term time only plus two weeks’ pay is calculated on the basis of 38 teaching weeks, 1.6 public holidays, two additional weeks inclusive of CPD, and an annual leave entitlement of 27 days for less than 5 years’ service or 32 days for more than 5 years’ service. For example, employees with less than 5 years’ service receive 47 weeks’ pay paid in 12 equal monthly instalments; those with more than 5 years’ service receive 48 weeks’ pay paid in 12 equal monthly instalments.
