About Personalised Learning College
PLC is a county‑wide, person‑centred programme supporting young people aged 16+ with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). We offer a vibrant and inclusive learning environment that empowers learners to follow personalised pathways toward independence, employment, and community participation.
