Senior HR Adviser (HR Advisory Team)
Our HR Advisory Team provides HR enquiry services via phone and email and casework support to all directorates within North Yorkshire Council and external customers. We also deliver manager skills sessions and support HR Business Partner Teams with restructures and service change.
We are a busy front‑facing team based at County Hall in Northallerton, working in a hybrid way with opportunities to work from home or other council offices. Travel across the county is required to deliver service when necessary.
The role
As a Senior HR Adviser you will be responsible for key areas:
- Lead on more complex casework.
- Hold a lead portfolio for one of our directorates and serve as a conduit between the HR Advisory Team and the HRBP Team.
- Lead on a portfolio area and support the Principal HR Adviser and the rest of the SHRA team in identifying and delivering service developments.
Compensation ranges from £38,220 to £42,839, based on experience.
