We have a full-time, temporary opportunity for a Health and Safety Technical Assistant. The role lasts 12 months, covering maternity leave or the return of the substantive postholder.
Responsibilities
- You will act as an initial point of contact for internal and external Health and Safety queries, providing advice, guidance and support to colleagues, managers and employees on Health and Safety policy and development.
- You will resolve issues at first contact where possible or escalate to the relevant contact person as appropriate.
Qualifications
- You must have NVQ 3 in Business Administration or an equivalent relevant qualification, and experience of working in an office environment.
