The predicted salary is between 28142 - 31022 £ per year.

Salary (per annum): £28,142 – £31,022 pro rata. Position: Permanent, full‑time – 37 hours per week (08:30 am to 04:30 pm). Location: Walworth Primary School, Newton Aycliffe, Durham. Start date: To be confirmed.

Responsibilities

The role involves providing targeted support to SEND pupils within the school setting. This includes working individually and in groups, supporting classroom activities, and contributing to the overall learning environment.

Salary and Pay Details

Term‑time pay plus two additional weeks’ pay is calculated with the following day counts:

  • Teaching weeks: 38
  • Public (bank) holidays: 1.6 weeks (8 days)
  • Additional weeks: 2 (incl. CPD)
  • Annual leave: 27 days for less than 5 years of service, 32 days for 5+ years.

Pay is distributed in 12 equal monthly instalments.
