The predicted salary is between 32373 - 32373 £ per year.
We are looking for an experienced electrician who must be competent in undertaking a variety of electrical duties including repairs to tenanted and empty homes. You will have time-served experience of domestic fault finding and rectification on a variety of circuits, along with a strong background in completing all types of electrical certification that are error free.
You will be converse in multi-trade skills allowing a ‘fix first time’ approach for our customers. This role may include Equipment Testing (previous experience preferred but training will be provided). You will have experience of working in occupied properties and understand the importance of providing great customer care.
The ability to work using your own initiative with minimum supervision is key to this very busy department. A written test and onsite competency assessment will be included as part of the recruitment process. Additionally, you will also require a current valid full UK Driving Licence.
The post comes with a strong, knowledgeable and supportive management team; along with a good holiday package and pension scheme. You will be working from a fleet vehicle which you may take home if needed, and there is a voluntary option of paid call-out cover.
