Epping Forest District Council is seeking a Principle Housing Lawyer to join its Legal Services team. You will provide high-quality housing law advice and representation to the Council, its Members and partners, covering homelessness, allocations, tenancy issues and housing litigation.
You will manage a diverse caseload, work with internal stakeholders, and contribute to policy development and training. Hybrid working is offered with office/court attendance as required.
