Kirklees Metropolitan Council is recruiting for a Level 2 or Level 3 Social Worker to join the Hospital Team at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary, HD3 3EA. The role operates on a 5 over 7 weekend-working pattern with an enhancement of 1.81% to cover weekend and Bank Holiday duties.

You will work with adults and carers to deliver Self-Directed support, Self-Assessment, safeguarding, and risk-informed decisions, supporting timely discharges, and developing professional skills within a multidisciplinary team.
