We are expanding our service and have exciting opportunities for you to become a Home Support Worker in our Short Term and Urgent Support teams across Kirklees.
As a Home Support Worker, you'll be an essential part of our mission to help rehabilitate individuals to be as independent as possible.
From assisting those recently discharged from the hospital to providing urgent support after a fall, your dedication will play a crucial role in preventing hospital admissions and supporting people in their homes.
Your workday will be dynamic and diverse, encompassing various tasks such as supporting therapy and exercise plans, outdoor mobility practice, personal care, medication assistance, meal support, and more.

We understand the importance of flexibility, which is why we offer a selection of different shift patterns including 21 and 25 hour contracts across both North and South Kirklees and 28 hours with Mobile Response.
Salary for 21 hours: £14,999.11 - £15,237.49 per annum plus 7% enhancement = £16,049.04 - £16,304.11
Salary for 25 hours: £17,856.08 - £18,139.86 per annum plus 7% enhancement = £19,106 - £19,409.65
Salary for 28 hours: £19,998.81 - £20,316.65 per annum plus 7% enhancement = £21,398.72 - £21,738.81
Hourly rate including 7% enhancement is £14.65 - £14.89
