North Yorkshire Council is seeking a Service Designer to join the Transformation team, contributing to the design and improvement of council services.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, applying user-centred design methods to understand needs, map current services, and test improvements before implementation.
You’ll contribute to user research, journey mapping and prototyping, facilitate workshops, and promote service design best practices across the organisation.
