Dudley Council is seeking an experienced and commercially minded property leader to join its senior leadership team in a new, high-profile role supporting the borough’s improvement and regeneration agenda.
You will oversee the Council’s property portfolio and lead services spanning acquisitions, disposals, new-build development, capital projects, compliance, construction, disabled facilities grants and facilities management. Working across the organisation, you will ensure services are safe, sustainable, efficient and focused on delivering better outcomes for residents.
