Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of the Council’s new Target Operating Model Programme, reimagining how we operate, driving innovation and continuous improvement, and ensuring the Council is well positioned to meet the evolving needs of residents and communities.
- Work closely with the chief executive, corporate leadership team, elected members and key stakeholders, providing strategic leadership and expert guidance on transformational change.
- Lead transformation and drive complex change at pace; challenge established thinking and turn ambitious ideas into reality.
