Brent Council’s £2bn asset base spans libraries, community centres, operational buildings, and significant income‑generating commercial assets. The Director of Estate and Building Control will lead on strategic planning and optimisation of the estate, and manage our fast‑paced building control service. We are looking for a director with strong commercial acumen who can successfully balance innovation and compliance, ensuring our estate is safe, sustainable, and supports our diverse communities.
