Are you committed to helping services learn, improve and deliver the best possible outcomes for children and families? We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join our dedicated Children’s Services Commissioning and Placements team and play a key role in supporting our ambitious programme of improvement and transformation.
This is an exciting opportunity to help drive quality and consistency across services by contributing to audits, case reviews, performance monitoring and quality assurance activity. You’ll work closely with managers, practitioners and partners to identify strengths, share learning and support evidence-based improvements that make a real difference to children, young people and their families.
At Cheshire East, we’re investing in our services and workforce while embedding the national Families First reforms.
