Were looking for a knowledgeable and proactive Policy and Procedures Officer to play a key role in ensuring our childrens services operate in line with legislation, best practice, and organisational priorities.

In this influential role, you1 lead the development, review and communication of policies and procedures that enable consistent, high-quality practice across the service. From researching legislative changes and coordinating governance processes to providing expert advice and creating engaging learning resources, you1ll help ensure our workforce has the guidance and tools needed to deliver excellent support.

Working closely with practitioners, managers and partners, you1 transform complex information into clear, accessible policies and training materials that promote understanding, compliance and continuous improvement.
