Essex County Council is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join the D-BIT: Connecting and Uniting Families team in Chelmsford. The role is fixed-term or secondment for 12 months, working within a community-based framework to support families and young people up to 25 years old, with flexible hours and outside-regular-hour activities as needed.

The post involves closely coordinating with social workers and other professionals to implement care plans, monitor progress and produce reports.
