Essex County Council is seeking a SEND Engagement Facilitator on a fixed-term basis to support sustainable inclusion for children and young people with SEND, through targeted support to educational settings, families and partners. You will enable collaborative practice in One Planning and foster a joined‑up approach to Assess, Plan, Do, Review, particularly at transition points for CYP.
With a Level 3 qualification or equivalent, you will have strong knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice 2015.
