Kirklees Metropolitan Council is seeking a Youth Work Team Leader for a Hospital Project in Basildon. The role is fixed term/full time with a salary of £26,924 – £29,644 per annum.
You will lead delivery across Basildon, Broomfield and Southend hospitals, supervise staff, and shape the service offer to help 11–19 year olds during hospital stays. You will coordinate 1-to-1 support, group sessions, and referrals to education, social care and mental health services, ensuring safeguarding and GDPR.
