Essex County Council is seeking a Youth Work Team Leader for the Hospital Project in Basildon. You will lead youth workers, manage caseloads of young people aged 11-19 (25 with SEND), and coordinate hospital-based activities across Basildon, Broomfield and Southend hospitals.
You will work with NHS, CAMHS and education partners to deliver mentoring, group work and targeted interventions, ensuring safeguarding and data governance. A vehicle and flexible working are required.
