We have an exciting role on offer within our Adult Social Care and Health service. If you are an experienced manager looking for progression or a new challenge this could be the opportunity for you. We are looking for a values-driven, passionate individual to be part of our senior leadership team in an exciting period of transformation, partnership growth and innovation.
Within this service area, you will support adults across the lifespan, working with individuals with a diverse range of needs, including physical disabilities, autism, substance use, experiences of homelessness, and needs arising from abuse or neglect. You would be responsible for leading the DoLS Team, Access Safeguarding Team, Hospital Social Work Team and our East and West Locality Teams in delivering an effective social work service.
You will be expected to:
- Lead the DoLS, Access Safeguarding, Hospital Social Work and East & West Locality Teams in delivering an effective social work service.
- Act as an ambassador for practice standards and champion excellence in safeguarding practice.
- Lead service development and develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deputise for the Head of Access Safeguarding.
