Future Hampshire is recruiting a Director to lead the transition arrangements to a new Mid Hampshire Council, ahead of vesting day on 1 April 2028, and to coordinate the wider reorganisation across four new unitary councils.
You will translate strategic direction into practical delivery plans, establish strong governance and programme management, maintain robust reporting to elected members, and foster collaborative relationships across partner councils to deliver efficient, resident-focused services.
