North London Waste Authority is seeking an exceptional Programme Director to lead the final delivery, commissioning and transition into operation of the North London Heat and Power Project in London. You will report to the Managing Director and collaborate with Members and major stakeholders to provide strategic leadership across the lifecycle.
You will oversee contractor relationships, assurance on performance, risk and expenditure, and navigate complex governance issues.
