Croft Community School in Stanley, Durham, seeks a Health Care and Education Assistant to join our SEN team from September 2026.

You will support pupils with complex learning and physical needs, ensuring their care, wellbeing and access to learning throughout the school day.

The role involves assisting with learning activities, promoting wellbeing and collaborative working with teachers, support staff and external professionals.
