East Devon District Council is seeking a Building Compliance & Reactive Works Manager to join the Buildings and Facilities Management Team. You will oversee landlord health and safety compliance across General Fund buildings, including fire, gas, asbestos, electrical safety and legionella control.
Working with Area Building Surveyors, you will manage reactive maintenance through a small in-house team and external contractors, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and within budget.
