Salford City Council is seeking an experienced programme/ project leader to develop, manage and deliver a portfolio of infrastructure projects across Salford and Greater Manchester.
You’ll act as an informed client, guiding technical teams, consultants and contractors from funding and development through to delivery.
The role requires strong commercial acumen, budget management, stakeholder engagement and the ability to build relationships with Tf GM, developers and partners.
