Royal Borough of Greenwich is recruiting Practice Leaders to join our Families First Social Care Reform Programme across Family Help and Disabled Children & Young People’s Services. You will lead, supervise and support frontline staff, while remaining closely engaged with children and families to ensure high‑quality practice and continuous service improvement.
You will work alongside Team Leaders, drive audits and case reviews, chair multi‑agency meetings and promote positive outcomes.
