We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Multimedia Officer to play a key role in shaping and delivering communications for the council’s implementation of Oracle Fusion. This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact, organisation-wide communications during a major transformation programme, ensuring colleagues are informed, engaged and supported throughout the journey.
WHAT IS INVOLVED?
- Lead and deliver integrated communications and marketing plans aligned to Oracle Fusion implementation milestones
- Create engaging digital and multimedia content
- Use analytics to shape and evaluate activity
- Advise stakeholders on communications delivery
- Ensure clear, consistent messaging across channels
This is a fast-paced and high-profile role, where you will need to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality output to tight deadlines.
WHAT WILL I NEED?
- Degree level qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience delivering successful campaigns
- Strong digital and multimedia skills
- Experience using analytics and insight
- Experience in complex/public sector environments
- Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
- Experience managing people and working collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills across channels
