Durham County Council is offering a 12-month development opportunity within its Children's Homes Service for a Residential Support Worker. You will gain hands-on experience in children’s homes, provide care and engage in activities to support young people, while learning to work in a multi-agency safeguarding framework.
The role requires completion of the Sector-Based Academy Programme, Level 2 Maths/English, and progression toward a Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare, with DBS checks.
