Lead the future of multi-agency child protection in Cheshire East. As part of our ambitious Families First reforms and service redesign, we’re recruiting a brand-new Service Manager for our Multi-Agency Child Protection Team (MACPT). This is a rare opportunity to shape and oversee a multi-agency response that brings together partners to deliver the very best outcomes for children and families.
Working alongside two experienced Service Manager colleagues, you’ll benefit from a strong support network while leading on strategic partnerships with key agencies, including Health and Police. We’re looking for a confident and collaborative leader with a strong track record in safeguarding, partnership working and service improvement, who can influence across organisations and drive excellence in child protection practice.
