Help shape the future of child protection in Cheshire East. As part of our ambitious Families First reforms and service redesign, we’re creating a brand-new Lead Child Protection Practitioner role within our new Multi-Agency Child Protection Team (MACPT). This is a unique opportunity for an experienced child protection professional to be at the forefront of transformation, acting as a centre of excellence and knowledge hub for child protection practice across the workforce.

We’re looking for a confident and influential practitioner with child protection expertise, strong decision-making skills, and a passion for developing others. You’ll lead on complex child protection decision-making, provide expert advice and guidance to practitioners and partners, and help drive consistently high standards of safeguarding practice that keep children at the heart of every decision.
