Brent Council is seeking a Head of Neighbourhoods to lead a team of around 80 staff, including up to six Service Managers, and to oversee a major income stream and a substantial budget. The appointee will shape housing priorities, drive performance, and engage with residents and elected members, bringing grip, pace and clear direction to improve tenancy services, rent collection, anti-social behaviour response, and community safety.
