Essex County Council is recruiting a Senior M&E Engineer for Harlow to support gas and water compliance across housing assets.
You will supervise two inspectors, coordinate inspections, monitor contractor performance and produce KPI reports to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
The role requires extensive knowledge of ACS units (CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CKR1), Water Regulations and Legionella training, with strong risk management and health & safety practices.
On-site work is essential.
