The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Council is seeking a Community Inclusion Advisor to connect early years services across the borough, driving Best Start in Life priorities and supporting families.
Based in the borough 5 days a week, you’ll engage with schools, nurseries and Family Hubs, collaborating with health and social care partners and coaching practitioners to foster inclusive practices for SEND.
