Gloucestershire Children’s Academy is seeking a Curriculum & Progression Team Manager on a fixed-term basis to lead learning and progression across Children’s Social Care. You will shape career pathways, deliver high-quality development programmes and work with partners to ensure outstanding practice and outcomes for children and families.
Working with the Academy Principal Social Worker, you will oversee learning, quality assurance and workforce progression, supporting staff to reach their full potential.
