North Yorkshire Council’s Adult Learning and Skills Service (ALSS) is seeking a Curriculum Lead to combine leadership with teaching for 19+ adult learners across North Yorkshire. You will shape curriculum delivery, drive quality improvements and support staff development, ensuring outstanding teaching, learning and assessment.
You will lead a team of teachers, develop your subject area in Digital Skills, and use data to improve learner outcomes while meeting funding and awarding body requirements.
